Returns are accepted on unworn items in their original packaging materials within 14 days from when your package was delivered.
***Personalized and custom items are FINAL SALE and not returnable.***
All our items are "made to order" so there is a 15% of purchase price restocking fee for returns and shipping charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items while in transit back to us. Returns are processed in 5-7 days after receiving product back.

• We will issue you an RA (return authorization) number and return form
• Items MUST be sent back in original packaging in padded envelope or box
• Returns WILL NOT be accepted without an RA number

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Any changes to orders or cancellations must be made within 24 hours. Sorry, we cannot make exceptions. If you wanted a rushed delivery time and production on the item has been started, it may not be cancelled.
We will exchange any non-personalized and unworn items if it’s within 14 days of the time you received your order. You are responsible for shipping charges to/from our studio and there may be a re-work fee.
